Would you like to know how many documents you process each month? You can always find this information by navigating to 'administrator' from the User Home.
You can switch between the current month or the current year.
- Document usage: is the total usage including purchase requests, expense claims, and invoices.
- Active contracts show the contracts that are not archived.
- PDF service includes all invoices received via the Easy1 mailbox.
Are you processing more documents than your subscription allows? Don't worry, Easy1 will continue to work as usual. The excess usage will be billed monthly or annually (depending on your subscription).
