4CEE Connect app doesn't load

Sometimes your app doesn't work well because of too much cache. Cache are temporary files that help with quick loading, but if they become outdated or corrupted, they can cause problems. By clearing the cache, your app can load new, up-to-date data, improving performance and stability. Here's how to do it:

For Android:

  1. Unlock your phone and go to the home screen.
  2. Tap on 'Settings' (usually a gear icon).
  3. Scroll down and find 'Apps' or 'Application Manager'. Tap on it.
  4. You will see a list of all your apps. Find the app whose cache you want to clear.
  5. Tap on the app name to go to the app information.
  6. Tap on 'Storage' or 'Storage usage'.
  7. Tap on 'Clear cache' to remove the temporary data.
  8. Tap on 'Clear data' if you also want to remove the stored data.
  9. Confirm the action by tapping 'OK'.

For Apple:

  1. Open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to 'General' and tap on 'iPhone Storage'.
  3. At the bottom, you will see a list of all your apps. Find the app '4CEE Connect'.
  4. Tap on 'Offload App'.
  5. Confirm the action if needed.
