Upgrading your Easy1 subscription can be done directly from your Easy1 environment.
The upgrade can involve switching subscriptions (both up and down) or adding or removing an Add On. You can do this as follows:
- Log in to your Easy1 environment and click on 'Upgrade' from the User Home.
- Fill in the form and, for example, check the add ons you want to add.
All fields filled in? Then click on 'Aanmaken'.
Your upgrade will be processed.
The billing will be done in the same way as the current subscription. Do you have an annual subscription? Then an add on that is added will be billed in advance for the remaining term. For example:
- On January 1, 2024, the Kickstart annual subscription was purchased.
- On June 1, the Credit Card functionality is added to it.
- The Credit Card add on will be billed in advance for the next 7 months (until January 1).
- From January 1, 2025, the Kickstart annual subscription + the Credit Card add on will be billed annually in advance.
