The fault this morning regarding the invoice overview and posting lines has been fixed. Should you still experience that the screen is white, please try the following:
In Microsoft Edge🔍
- Open Edge.
- Go to the website you want to clear the cache for.
- Click the lock icon đź”’ or info icon next to the URL.
- Click "Cookies and site permissions" or "Site settings".
- Click "Clear data" or "Delete cookies and site data".
- Refresh the page (press Ctrl + F5 to force reload without cache).
In Google Chrome🔍
- Open Chrome.
- Visit the website you want to clear the cache for.
- Click the lock icon đź”’ or info icon next to the URL.
- Click "Site settings".
- Click "Clear data".
- Reload the page (Ctrl + F5).
Incognito modus
- Open the browser in incognito mode
- Navigate to the Easy1 application
- Log in
