The fault this morning regarding the invoice overview and posting lines has been fixed. Should you still experience that the screen is white, please try the following:

In Microsoft Edge🔍

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Go to the website you want to clear the cache for.
  3. Click the lock icon đź”’ or info icon next to the URL.
  4. Click "Cookies and site permissions" or "Site settings".
  5. Click "Clear data" or "Delete cookies and site data".
  6. Refresh the page (press Ctrl + F5 to force reload without cache).

In Google Chrome🔍 

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Visit the website you want to clear the cache for.
  3. Click the lock icon đź”’ or info icon next to the URL.
  4. Click "Site settings".
  5. Click "Clear data".
  6. Reload the page (Ctrl + F5).

Incognito modus

  1. Open the browser in incognito mode
  2. Navigate to the Easy1 application
  3. Log in
