The inactivity of the connection can happen due to events in Exact Online such as:
- Withdrawal of permission for the Easy1 app
- The user who linked Exact Online with Easy1 has been:
- Deleted
- Blocked
- Password has expired
- The administration is no longer active or has been deleted.
