Sometimes, the connection between Easy1 and your accounting software might be disrupted. In that case, you need to reconnect your financial software.
How?
- Log in to your Easy1 environment and navigate to the option: Administrator
- Under the heading 'Connections', choose the option: 'Connect new ERP'
- Now, go through the ERP Wizard again:
Click on 'Start connecting.'
Select your financial software and click on 'Connect software'. Now, you'll be redirected to the login screen of your accounting software, where you can agree to all terms and conditions.

In Exact Online, you only enter your username and password.
Done! Your Easy1 environment is reconnected with your financial software. All master data is up to date, and you can start booking invoices again.
