Set delegates

Are you going on vacation? Set up a replacement who will take over your tasks during your holiday.

How?

1. Click on a module from the User Home.

2. Click on your name or the user icon in the top right corner.

3. Choose 'Set Delegates.'

Click 'Add delegate' in the pop-up.

Specify who is allowed to work on your behalf during which period.

Also, indicate the administrations to which it applies and which roles will be taken over.

💡 Good to know

The replacement is set for all your outstanding tasks, including those that are already open before the specified start date.

In the audit trail, it will be mentioned that tasks have been performed by the delegate.
