Invoice Dashboard – Insights for Finance
Working on invoices that require the most attention or manual action? Curious which invoices are due for payment this week? With the new invoice dashboard, you can work based on smart insights. It helps you identify trends and bottlenecks in the invoice processing flow.
This dashboard gives you instant insight into:
- Urgent invoices
- Invoices requiring manual action
- Upcoming payments that need to be made
Additionally, the dashboard provides:
- Insight into the number of invoices per period, broken down by invoice type, source, and scenario
- Processing time per period, useful for identifying where the process slows down
- Data to support discussions with Procurement or Contract Management about suppliers that have the most impact on the invoice flow
The dashboard is already live and available for you to use.
New Invoice Screen Layout for Budget Holders
Customer feedback showed that budget holders often ask questions like: “I opened an invoice, but what am I actually looking at?”, “Has someone already approved this?”, and “Which attachments belong to this invoice?”. Questions that ideally shouldn’t be directed to Finance—or better yet, shouldn’t need to be asked at all.
That’s why the invoice screen for budget holders has been redesigned. Based on feedback, we’ve restructured the screen so budget holders can quickly see what they need to know.
The most important new feature is the left-hand panel, which includes:
- A summary of the invoice: key details at a glance
- Approval flow: instantly see who has approved and who still needs to
- Latest notes: up to three, so you can quickly see what’s going on
- Attachments: clickable links to the documents
The second tab in this panel is Invoice Data. Previously located to the right of the invoice image, it’s now positioned more clearly. The entire panel is also resizable, so each budget holder can decide how much space is ideal for this information.
With this new screen, budget holders get immediate answers to their questions. No more searching or asking Finance. Everything is clearly organized, improving the speed of reviewing and approving invoices.

Correction of VAT Differences
We’ve improved the correction of VAT differences. VAT differences are no longer applied to lines with a VAT rate of 0%.

Invoice Screen for Budget Holders Also in Mobile App
Whether you're working on your laptop or approving an invoice on your phone, the information should be the same. That’s why the invoice screen in the mobile app has also been redesigned. Budget holders now have quick access to the invoice summary, approval flow, notes, and attached documents via expandable sections.
