The Pdf-Service operates based on machine learning, which means it automatically processes user feedback to achieve better results.
Initially, the recognition of invoices may not be optimal. However, it will improve as you process more invoices and perform the following actions:
- The Pdf-Service remembers the changes or additions you make at the supplier level. Based on this, the quality of data extraction improves over time.
- Add your own IBAN number to ensure it is not included in supplier recognition.
- Ensure your supplier master data is up to date and as complete as possible. The supplier is recognized based on the following information:
- IBAN
- VAT number
- Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number
