Restoring the link with Exact Online

It may happen that the link between Exact Online and Easy1 is no longer active. This may happen due to the following events in Exact Online:

  • The permission for the Easy1 app in Exact Online has been revoked.
  • The user who paired Exact Online with Easy1 has been:
    • Deleted
    • Blocked
    • Password has expired
  • The administration is no longer active or has been deleted.

When reconnecting with Exact Online, please note the following:

  1. Active user: The Exact Online user used for the link must be active.
  2. Sufficient user rights: The Exact Online user used for the link must have sufficient rights so that Easy1 gets the right authority to export invoices and import master data.
