The integration between Easy1 and MS Dynamics 365 BC is via the Cloud Connector from our partner Cred-IT. The Connector needs to be downloaded and installed from the AppSource in D365 BC. This page describes the requirements for successfully setting up the connector.

To start with, it is important for Easy Systems to know who is responsible for IT. Is this an internal department of the customer or is IT managed externally. And who the supplier/partner of MS Dynamics 365 BC is.
It is important that they are informed about this project and that Easy Systems is going to need access to MS Dynamics 365 BC during the implementation for support and control.
Prior
- Indicate whether the IT infrastructure is managed by an internal IT department or an external IT partner.
- Please provide name, e-mail address and phone number of the IT contact person.
- Are any additional Business Central add-ons in use which affect the procurement process? If so, which ones?
- Which authentication method is used (OAuth2 / Basic)?
General Matters
The general matters below need to be taken care of. This can be facilitated and coordinated with the IT party/department or MS Dynamics 365 BC application manager.
- Ensure active test ( with current receipts, creditors etc. ) and production environments / administrations of MS Dynamics 365 BC with:
- BasURL (normally this is https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com)
- Business Central Environment (example: Sandbox / Production)
- Business Central Administration(s) (example: Administration01)
- Provide access to active test environment(s) of D365 BC
- Via the D365 BC Client
- Provide access to the production environment(s) of D365 BC
- Via the D365 BC Client
