It's convenient to automatically forward all incoming invoices to your own txxxx-administration-number@easy-1.app email address.
Ask your IT administrator/internal application manager to set this up for you. It's useful if forwarded invoices go into a separate folder so you can maintain oversight.
It's important to use one email address per administration for your suppliers' invoices, where only invoices are received (not miscellaneous administrative inquiries). Choose a specific name like invoices@domain.com.
Alternatively, you can set it up yourself in a straightforward manner, though you won't be able to move forwarded invoices to a different folder.
Procedure:
Outlook:
- Open in your browser: outlook.office.com
- If it's a shared mailbox, click on your name at the top right and select "open another mailbox"
- Click on the settings icon at the top right next to your name
- Select email
- Then choose forwarding
Now you can enable forwarding.
