If a budget holder rejects an expense claim (providing a reason is mandatory), the finance worker will have this expense claim back in their list of invoices.
If the expense claim needs to be definitively rejected, follow these steps:
1. Open the expense.
2. Click on the trash can icon.
3. Click "Delete" in the pop-up confirmation prompt.
The declarant will receive a notification that their expense has been rejected and will have the option to delete it or make adjustments and resubmit it. The expense claim can always be found in the invoice overview under the status "canceled". See also 'Deleting Invoices'.
