Received the error message "Free text field 1" at a failed booking?
It means that an additional setting needs to be configured in Twinfield to enable booking invoices from Easy1.
When booking the invoice, we send the URL of Easy1 to Twinfield, allowing the invoice to be accessed from Twinfield. To enable this functionality, it is important to select "Vrije tekstveld 1" (Free text field 1) as "toegestaan" (allowed) under the "Vrije tekstvelden" (Free text fields) section for the default journal (INK) in Twinfield. Refer to the image provided for reference.
Additionally, the following adjustments need to be made under "document imaging":

Replace [environment code] with your specific environment code, which follows the format "t12345". You can find this code at the beginning of the URL of your specific Easy1 environment.
