To work on behalf of someone else, you need to set up a delegate through the application administrator. Once you have been set as a delegate, you can work on behalf of the selected person during the specified period. For more information, please refer to the following article: Setting Up Delegates
How to work on behalf
At the top right corner, an additional icon (account switch) will appear. Click on the icon and select the person you want to work on behalf of.
A blue notification bar will appear, indicating that you are working on behalf of someone else.
If you wish to return to your own account, click on the account switch icon again at the top right corner. Click on the stop icon ⛔ and you will resume working from your own account.
