Where is my data stored?

We store your data at Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud infrastructure used by some of the world's largest companies, including Netflix, Expedia, Reddit, and the NSA.

Your data is stored in two separate locations in Europe: Frankfurt and a copy in Paris. We choose to store your data in physically distinct locations. In the event of a fire or any other incident at the Frankfurt data center, your data is always available in Paris. This ensures that you have continuous access to your data.

To enhance security, we utilize various security tools, including:

  • AWS WAF (Web Application Firewall): Protects against common web exploits and attacks.
  • AWS Guard Duty: Detects suspicious activity and unauthorized access within your AWS accounts and workloads.
  • AWS Security Hub: Provides a comprehensive view of your security alerts and compliance status across multiple AWS accounts.
