If you no longer need a contract file, you have the option to archive it.
Please note that archiving a dossier does not delete it entirely; you can retrieve it if needed.
- Click on 'Contract Manager' from the User Home and open the relevant contract file.
- In the top right corner, you will find an archive icon with a downward arrow. Click on the icon.
- You will be prompted again to confirm the archiving of the contract dossier. Click 'Yes' to archive the dossier.
If desired, you can later unarchive the contract.
