Proactive contract management requires timely notifications. Below, you'll find instructions on how to create these notifications. We offer two types of notifications: relative and specific.
- To create notifications, click on 'Contract Manager' from the User Home.
- Open the relevant contract file.
- Click on 'Notifications' in the top tab bar and then click the "+" icon on the right side.
- Enter the message, notification timeframe, notification type, and the recipients to whom you want to send the notification.
- Click 'Add', and the notification will be set up.
Choose a specific date on which the notification will be sent. If you opt for a relative date, you select a date relative to the contract's end date. This is useful for timely contract reassessment. If you extend the contract, the end date will be adjusted, and you will receive a new notification relative to the new end date.
Recipient
You can choose the contract owner, contract manager, and/or other recipients as the notification recipients. You must select at least one contact person.
