🌟 Kickstart functionality
To have a consolidated view of contracts that are interconnected, allowing for quick access and preventing the unintentional duplication of contracts, you can relate contracts across multiple administrations.
Consider the following examples:
- A blanket order held by the parent company and utilized by its subsidiary companies.
- Various facility management contracts (cleaning, meals, etc.) for one single building.
To relate contracts, follow these steps:
- Click on 'Contract Manager' from the user home and open the contract file.
- Click on 'Related Contracts' in the top tabbar.
- Then, click on the "+" icon on the right side.
- Select one or more contracts and click 'Save'.
The contracts will now appear under 'Related Contracts' and can be accessed directly
