It may happen that a user cannot log in successfully, even after an account has been created. Below are the most common causes and solutions, so the user can eventually log in successfully.
Users with a Microsoft SSO Connection
UPN* starts with a capital letter.
If the user's UPN in Azure starts with a capital letter, this can cause authentication issues. The UPN must start with a lowercase letter. Once this is corrected, the user can log in successfully to Easy1.
