Add Administration

You always add an administration from within your financial package.

Are you using Easy1 without integration with a financial package? Then contact support via chat or email at: support@easy-1.com. We are happy to assist you further!

To retrieve the records from the financial package to Easy1, open the ERP wizard in Easy1.You can achieve this using the application administrator role. Once you have this role as a user and navigate to this in Easy-1, you will see two blocks at the bottom of your screen.

  1. The current link with the financial package.
  2. The option to add a new administration from the financial package to Easy1. You can select this to add a new administration.

Go through the steps from connection to administration selection. It is necessary to re-establish the connection, as we do not retain login credentials for the financial package for added security. Re-logging in authorizes the new administration connection.

Make sure you have the proper permissions to establish the connection with your financial package.

Please note: only select the administration you want to add anew.

Depending on your subscription, you can add a maximum number of administrations:

Freemium: Connect up to 1 own administration
🌟Kickstart: Connect up to 3 own administrations
🌟Premium: Connect up to 10 own administrations

This number always excludes the test administration we create for you anyway, so you can take a look at the software and test things without it affecting your production administration directly.

Please note: If you don't see all the administrations you have in your financial package in the ERP wizard, check if those administrations in your financial package have the rights to connect to Easy1.
