Account for credit card charges

If you have a corporate credit card linked to Easy1, here's how you add supporting documents to your expenses:

1. From the User Home, go to 'Employee.'
2. Click on 'Credit Card' in the left sidebar.
3. You'll see which credit card period is open for you and how many transactions you still need to account for. In this example, there are 72 transactions remaining. Click on it.

4. Next, you'll see an overview of all transactions made with your credit card.
5. Click on the three dots at the end of the row:

Match to expense: Easy1 attempts to match receipts already present in Easy1. If this hasn't been done, link the relevant declaration manually.
Credit card fees: You can allocate periodic charges here.
Fraud: If there's been fraud with your credit card, mark it here.

6. Once all transactions are accounted for, submit your transactions by clicking on 'Submit transactions' in the bottom right corner. Note: the period may not yet be released, in which case there may be more transactions to account for.

Once the period is released, matched transactions will be automatically submitted. You don't need to do anything further!

After submission, the status of the credit card transaction will be 'waiting for approval.'
