This ensures that an invoice is automatically proportionally distributed over the specified period. The fields 'start date' and 'end date' are added to the booking line.

Depending on your settings in Exact Online, the distribution is made as follows:
Exact Online Setting: Amount based on number of days
The booking is now automatically evenly distributed in the background, taking into account the number of days in the month. The provisional entry is thus higher in January than in February.
Exact Online Setting: Equal amount per financial period
The amount is spread over 12 full periods and divides the amount into equal parts. In this setting, the day of the month is not considered, only the month and year.
