General
The interface synchronizes master data every hour on weekdays between 8:15 AM and 6:15 PM. Every hour between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, invoices are pre-registered or approved invoices are booked in Twinfield.
Security
The connection takes place through a secure connection to and from our ISO 27017 certified cloud environment.
We adhere to the security of the linked financial system. By using tokens, our software has access to the data of your financial system for a short period. This way, we don't need to store your login credentials, and they cannot be disclosed.
All data is stored in double encryption. We do this both in the database and on encrypted hard drives. Even if we were to release the hard drives - which we naturally don't do! - the data cannot be obtained. We comply with GDPR legislation. Our data is stored in various locations within the European Union.

Invoice input
Pre-registration
It is possible to pre-register invoices in Twinfield. Easy1 supports 3 different ways of pre-registration; see this article for more information and to activate pre-registration for your environment.
Period
The period is based on the Easy1 reporting date field.
Journal
The default journal used for Twinfield is INK. It is possible to use a different journal. See this article for more information.
Purchase entries
A purchase entry with header, total line, and detail lines is created in Twinfield.
Invoice export
Export feedback
When exporting an invoice, the feedback from Twinfield is processed immediately and sent back to Easy1. When a booking is failed, the errors will be reported.
URL
When booking an invoice, the URL is sent to Twinfield. You need to set this up in Twinfield. You can find an explanation in this article. The PDF remains in Easy1; it is not supported to send it with the booking from Twinfield.
Payment dates
The payment status and payment date are retrieved from Twinfield and displayed in Easy1.
