We automatically book invoices from Easy1 into a default journal in your accounting software. You will find the default journals we use for automatic booking below:
Exact Online Netherlands: 300
Exact Online Belgium: 600
Twinfield: INK
If you use a different journal in your accounting software than the ones mentioned above, please let us know through the help function in the software. We will adjust the journal in Easy1 to match the appropriate journal for you, enabling the invoices to be booked.
If you do not notify us and try to book an invoice, you will receive an error and the invoice cannot be booked.
