Expense dimension configuration

Set up dimensions however you prefer!

  1. Navigate from the User Home to Administrator.
  2. Click on Expense Configuration in the left menu bar and select Expense Dimension Configuration.
  3. Choose the dimension you want to configure at the top.
  4. The setting options may vary slightly for each dimension.
    If you don't see certain dimensions listed, it's possible that you have a dimension completely turned off. This means the dimension specifically for expenses cannot be used either. You can find more information here.

    You can give each dimension a different name. It's helpful if a dimension has a name that employees may not immediately understand. We won't change the original name anywhere else, and it will remain in the financial package.

    For the expense category, it's possible to activate options but not show them to declarants. For example, it's useful if you book travel expense claims on mileage or fuel but other claims cannot be booked here.

  5. Finally, save the settings by clicking on the button in the bottom right corner.
