If desired, you can add expenses to a bundle. For example, for a business trip, a project, or monthly commuting expenses.

Choose a suitable name for the bundle that is also clear to the approver.

Add multiple expenses to the bundle, including regular expenses and/or travel expenses. When you submit the entire bundle, the approver will see the entire bundle in a single request. They can review and approve all the expenses within the bundle at once. The finance department will receive the entire bundle as a single invoice, which saves time and costs. Additionally, you will receive the total amount in one payment to your account!
