Claim status

You can always track the status of a submitted expense in your overview of expenses. The status is displayed on the right-hand side of the row.


We provide the following statuses:

  • Not submitted
  • Waiting for approval
  • Approved
  • Rejected
  • Paid - Please note that it may take some time for the amount to appear in your bank account.

By clicking on the specific row (expense report), you can view the details of that particular expense report.
