You can add multiple parties (suppliers, customers, or employees in the case of an employment contract) and/or individuals to a single contract. This is useful when multiple parties are involved in one contract.
How to connect multiple parties or contact persons
- Click on 'Contract Manager' from the User Home and open a contract file.
- Click on 'Party Details'
- click on the + sign on the right side to add an additional party.
- or click on the + sign within a party to add an additional contact person. - Enter the details and click 'Save'.
