Set up contract notifications

Proactive contract management requires timely notifications. Below, you'll find instructions on how to create these notifications. We offer two types of notifications: relative and specific.

  1. To create notifications, click on 'Contract Manager' from the User Home.
  2. Open the relevant contract file.
  3. Click on 'Notifications' in the top tab bar and then click the "+" icon on the right side.

  4. Enter the message, notification timeframe, notification type, and the recipients to whom you want to send the notification.

  5. Date

    Choose a specific date on which the notification will be sent. If you opt for a relative date, you select a date relative to the contract's end date. This is useful for timely contract reassessment. If you extend the contract, the end date will be adjusted, and you will receive a new notification relative to the new end date.

    Recipient
    You can choose the contract owner, contract manager, and/or other recipients as the notification recipients. You must select at least one contact person.

  6. Click 'Add', and the notification will be set up.
