🌟Premium functionality
Digitally sign unsigned files directly from the software. The signed contract will be automatically added to the contract file! Read more about digitally signing contracts here.
How to add an unsigned file?
- Open 'Contract Manager' from the User Home and click on 'Add File (Unsigned)' at the top.
If this functionality is not available, make sure you have at least a Kickstart subscription and have been granted the appropriate permissions, which can be consulted with the application administrator. - A screen will open where you can enter the details of the file. The signing date is not displayed yet and can be added later as a value.
If you are using our Premium subscription, you can also digitally sign contracts by third parties. These can be external parties such as suppliers or customers, as well as someone from your internal organization.
To send a signature request, first add an unsigned file. Once you have saved the contract, refresh the page and open the respective contract.
