Functionality from Enterprise 🌟

Using user groups within receival registration ensures an efficient process where multiple users can register receivals. The advantage of receival groups, compared to individual users, is that as soon as a user is added at a later time, the outstanding registrations for this group become visible. Additionally, requesters do not need to select each user individually.

How do I set up receipt groups?

  1. First, make sure you have created user groups.
  2. Go to the Administrator from the Userhome.
  3. Click on Purchase Configuration in the left menu bar, then on Request configuration. Under the general settings, you will find the settings for user groups. Select the user groups that are allowed to register receivals.
  4. Press Save at the bottom right. The receival groups are immediately visible and in use when entering a purchase request:
