The integration between Easy1 and Isah Logistics is facilitated via our Cloud Connector. This connector runs in your environment and connects both to the Isah database and to Easy1. This page outlines the requirements for a successful setup of the connector.

Preliminary Steps

  1. Indicate whether the IT infrastructure is managed by an internal IT department or an external IT partner.
  2. Provide the name, email address, and phone number of the IT contact person.
  3. Ensure there is an active test and production environment (receipts, creditors, production orders, etc.) and supply the names of the relevant TEST and PRODUCTION databases.
  4. Make sure the TEST database is updated before the project intake begins.


Technical Requirements

The server on which the Cloud Connector will run must meet the following conditions:

  1. The server must have direct access to the Isah database. This can be the database server itself or an application server within the same network.
  2. The server must have an internet connection available on port 443 (HTTPS).
  3. The server must be running at least Windows Server 2012.
  4. PowerShell 5.1 must be installed on the server.


Access and Permissions

Easy Systems requires access (RDP, possibly with VPN) to the server where the Cloud Connector will be installed, including installation rights. In addition to RDP and VPN, TeamViewer is also an option.

Access to the Isah database is also required.

This access must remain available after the project for maintenance and support purposes.


Required Permissions During Installation

  1. A Windows user with Local Administrator rights.
  2. A Windows user with DBOwner rights on the database OR a SQL Account with DBOwner rights on the database.


Day-to-Day Required Permissions

  1. A Service Account under which automated tasks can run in Task Scheduler. This user must have “Log on as batch job” and “Log on as a service” enabled.
  2. A Service Account with rights on the database OR a SQL Account with rights on the database:
    1. IsahUserRole
    2. DataReader
    3. DataWriter
