We follow the following procedure for pre-registering in Exact Online with Easy1:
1. Invoice is received in Easy1.
2. Invoice is encoded in Easy1.
3. After encoding, click on 'submit for approval.'
4. The invoice is now pre-booked in Exact Online. Please note that the payment method in Exact Online is changed to '00' at this point so that the pre-registered invoice is not included in the payment run.
5. Invoice is approved in Easy1.
6. The invoice in Exact Online is automatically switched back to the original payment method, allowing it to be included in the payment run.
7. Once the invoice is paid from Exact Online, the status in Easy1 is updated to 'paid.'

It is important to create payment condition '00' in Exact Online with the description 'pre-registration' and cash as the payment method.
