The Freemium subscription applies the standard 'supervisor ' workflow by default. You don't need to set anything up yourself for this.
This means there is one approver per person. This is the supervisor of each user.
You specify who the supervisor is when creating (or modifying) a user in the administrator module.
The process automatically follows this approval scheme when submitting a request or document.
