Delete users

You can only permanently delete users through support.

Please contact us via chat or send an email to support@easy-1.com for this. We're happy to assist you!

In the meantime, you can set the user to inactive. To do this, open the user in the administrator module. Move the slider to inactive.

Then click on 'Save' in the bottom left corner.
The user can no longer log in to their account.

Why can't I delete users myself?

Users may have outstanding tasks. If you delete the user, these tasks will remain 'floating.' We first double-check if there are no outstanding tasks, and then we delete the user permanently.

If there are still tasks assigned to inactive users, you can handle them through the 'delegated function.'

Users who have been permanently deleted will still remain fully present in the audit trail.
