Include the terms and conditions directly with the purchase order. This way, suppliers are always informed!

  1. Go to Administrator.
  2. Click on Purchase Configuration in the left menu bar and then select Order Configuration.
  3. Enter the terms and conditions in the field 'Closing order statement.'
  4. Click on Save in the bottom right corner.
  5. The terms and conditions will now be sent as the last page of the purchase order.
