We are here to assist you with any questions regarding the software. Sometimes, it's necessary to be able to look into your system to provide support. For this purpose, there is always a user in your environment named Support Easy1. This user is managed by Easy1. Support Easy1 has access to all modules but is not an active user in the environment. We will never open documents without your permission.
Support Easy1 can, on rare occasions, make certain settings that other users cannot access. These are exceptional settings that are only applicable if the accounting package requires these actions.
It is not possible to delete Support Easy1 as a user.
