Everyone has a default Test Administration alongside their own administration. Not everyone needs access to the test administration.
If you have chosen the Kickstart or Premium subscription, you can add more than 1 additional administration, in addition to the test administration. However, you still need to grant permissions to the user for the respective administrations. Here's how to do it:
- Click on 'Administrator' in the user home.
- Go to the vertical bar on the left side of your screen. Click on 'Users.'
- Find the relevant user and click on that user. In the middle of your screen, you will now see the drop-down menu 'administration selection.' Check the administrations to which the user needs access.
Once you have checked the administration, click on the respective administrations to then check the appropriate roles for this user for this administration. Then click on save.
With the free Freemium subscription, you can add 1 administration.
With the 🌟 Kickstart subscription, you can add up to 3 administrations.
With the 🌟 Premium subscription, you can add up to 10 administrations.
With the 🌟 Enterprise subscription, you can add an unlimited number of administrations, price on request.
