The user automatically receives an activation email upon the addition of their account. This article concerns the re-sending of an activation email.
An activation email is valid for 5 days. If the activation email has expired or is lost, invite the user again. Here's how:
- Click on 'Administrator' in the User Home.
- Click on 'Users' in the menu bar on the left side of the screen.
- Find the relevant user and click on the icon:
- Now the activation mail is resend
