Send a new activation email

The user automatically receives an activation email upon the addition of their account. This article concerns the re-sending of an activation email.

An activation email is valid for 5 days. If the activation email has expired or is lost, invite the user again. Here's how:

  1. Click on 'Administrator' in the User Home.
  2. Click on 'Users' in the menu bar on the left side of the screen.
  3.  Find the relevant user and click on the icon: 
  4. Now the activation mail is resend
